Purchase via Shatoh account:

Only under certain conditions is an order/payment via our customer service or account possible. In the case of a purchase via account, you will receive an invoice with all the pertaining information once the payment process has finished.

All payments, with the exception of purchases on account, are processed by external payment service providers. No payment information is collected or stored directly by us.
