A handpicked and extremely limited delicacy that grows only in the Zagros Mountains, a border area between Iran and Afghanistan, and whose harvest is limited to one week. Here, the pistachio tree is exposed to strong temperature fluctuations, but it is precisely these special climatic conditions that account for the intense aroma of the kernels.
Smaller than conventional pistachios, the Wild Pistachio shows tremendous flavor. We have developed our own roasting process in which the Wild Pistachio, refined with Persian blue salt, also called sapphire salt, develops its full flavor.
With an order value of at least 50,00 euros, we deliver free shipping costs within Germany.
